Nordic Kinetics AB – Cookie Policy

Last updated: 20 February 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Nordic Kinetics AB ('Nordic Kinetics', 'us', 'we') uses cookies and similar technologies on www.nordickinetics.com (the 'Website'). It forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Privacy Policy, which explains more generally how we handle your personal data.

1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device, and which the browser sends back on later visits. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, also keep small amounts of data on your device but are not sent back to the server automatically. This policy covers both.

2. What We Use

We keep this to a minimum. The complete list is below.

2.1. Strictly Necessary

These are required for the Website to function and are set without consent, as permitted under applicable law.

nk-cookie-consent — stored in your browser's local storage. Records whether you accepted or rejected analytics so that we do not ask you again on every page. It contains only the word 'accepted' or 'rejected' and persists until you clear your browser's site data or use the control in section 4.

nk-26-session — a cookie, set only if you log in to the password-protected area of the Website. It keeps you signed in, expires after seven days, and is restricted to that area of the site. It cannot be read by scripts in your browser and is not sent to other sites.

2.2. Analytics

We use Rybbit, a privacy-focused analytics tool that we host ourselves on our own infrastructure, to understand how the Website is used — for example which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. Analytics data is not shared with any third-party advertising or analytics network.

Rybbit does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser. It is loaded only if you press 'Accept' on the consent banner, and never if you press 'Reject'.

3. What We Do Not Use

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. We do not accept third-party advertising on the Website, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not embed cookies from advertising networks or social media platforms.

4. Your Choices

When you first visit the Website you are asked whether to allow analytics. You can change that choice at any time, and withdrawing your consent is as easy as giving it — use the button below to clear your stored choice and bring the consent banner back.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and browsers let you clear a site's local storage along with its cookies. Note that blocking the strictly necessary items in section 2.1 will prevent you from logging in to the password-protected area, and will mean you are asked about analytics on every visit.

5. Changes to This Policy

As practice and technology develop, we may need to update this policy from time to time, which we will do by posting a new version on the Website that takes effect from the date stated.
